Dailah heads up ING's Corporate Responsibility department and is the president of the ING Foundation. Her team develops ING's global sustainable strategy and engages in dialogue with international NGOs and civil society groups, sustainable analysts and other stakeholders. The department also designs ethical, social and environmental policies, advises senior management on issue and reputation management, produces the annual non-financial report and participates in thought leadership forums. The community investment programmes of ING are focused on education for children and on financial inclusion initiatives in both developed and developing countries (including microfinance activities).
Prior to this function, Dailah was senior spokeswoman for ING's Executive Board and CEO. Dailah holds Master degrees from the University of Amsterdam and the Rotterdam School of Management. She participated in the Environment & Business programme at the University of Cambridge and in the High Potential Leadership Program at Harvard Business School. Dailah lives in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
